DreamLeague Season 10 Recap Day Four: Tigers Beat Na'Vi in Upper Bracket

DreamLeague Season 10 has finally entered its phase playoffs. Of the eight teams that are still competing, two of them lost on the fourth day, while the rest continued to survive and get finish better.

Facing Infamous in lower bracket, the ROONS North American representative once again showed that they still lacked experience as a team. On games first they lost very easily within 30 minutes. ROONS managed to clean up in games second and offset Infamous. Honey, one team fight a bad one made ROONS lose their lead and over time lose and fall out of the tournament.

The Final Tribe (TFT) opens games first in second party lower bracket with a very easy victory over Vega Squadron. TFT looks like it will win games second when winning 10000 gold at 50 minutes. But a team fight in the Roshan area made them lose two heroes who die back. In an instant, the momentum of the match immediately changed and Vega won the match three minutes later.

As if still hit by the defeat in games second, TFT no longer plays in the same style in games third. Vega Squadron actually excelled in almost all matches and beat TFT to survive in the tournament.

The third match is the party upper bracket between Complexity and Royal Never Give Up (RNG). Complexity looks very convincing with their win at games first blessing draft their unique. Unfortunately things immediately turned around in two games next one where RNG easily finished off Complexity in 34 and 30 minutes respectively. RNG advances to the final upper bracket, while Complexity had to face Infamous in lower bracket.

The last match was the final match on the fourth day between the Tigers and Na’Vi. The two teams played very well. But before late game, Tigers keep getting some pick off consecutively, far ahead, then win games first.

Games both also started pretty well even though the Tigers managed to get some kill. However Na’Vi went on to win two team fight successively and seize the lead. With the continuous Alchemist snowball, Na’Vi then won games second.

Na’Vi then took a risky decision by taking on the Drow Ranger as first pick and Sniper last pick. Unfortunately the decision did not bear fruit. Many times Drow Ranger died in vain and throughout the game the Tigers never lost a hero core they. Tigers easily won games third and advance to face RNG in the final upper bracket.
