Aura Esports Clean Sweeps in the Final, BOOM ID Wins ESL Indonesia Championship Dota 2
Just before undergoing the MDL Disneyland Paris qualification, BOOM ID had time to play in the final round of the ESL Indonesia Championship branch Dota 2. Facing Aura Esports, they managed to win with a score of 3-0 and came out as champions.
Both BOOM ID and Aura Esports are the two best teams from the eight teams participating in the ESL Indonesia Championship. After seven weeks of the league phase, they both made it into the top four and advanced to the rounds playoffs.
Each team then managed to beat their opponent in the round playoffs. BOOM ID managed to beat The Prime, while Aura Esports managed to beat PG.Barracx.
Meeting in the final, BOOM ID on paper is clearly superior to Aura Esports. In the first game best of five, Aura tried to give pressure to BOOM ID from the start of the game. The plan was able to give them some kill. It’s just that BOOM ID can still maintain map control and net worth. Only through a few team fight Of course, things then turned around and BOOM ID was able to win the first game.
Aura then used approach different. With Pudge and Queen of Pain, Aura tries to play aggressively to provide Anti-Mage space and time for farm. Unfortunately the plan failed miserably in just a short time. While the Anti-Mage still needed time to farm, BOOM ID that used Terrorblade already finished base Aura and took the second game.
Entering the third game, BOOM ID who felt the upper hand decided to use Meepo. Meanwhile Aura kept using one hard carry with Specters, but this time with four heroes non-core that protects him. With draft which is very high risk, BOOM ID did not take long to take advantage of the weakness of Aura Esports. Sure enough, Aura Esports again lost easily in the third game, making BOOM ID the champion with a score of 3-1.
