3+ Ways to Merge PDF Files Into One! (100% Working)
The tutorial that we will discuss this time is about how to combine PDF files into one. So suppose you have 2 or more PDF files and want to combine them into one, you are in the right article.
Previously I have written articles that are still related to PDF, namely how to compress PDF files so that the size becomes smaller and how to convert PDF to word so that the contents of the document are easily edited.
3 Ways to Merge PDF Files
Before that, I suggest you first change the name of your PDF file so that it is coherent, for example Network Part 1, Network Part 2, Network Part 3 etc.
This is done so that the PDF files that we will merge later are not upside down and in accordance with the order of the files. For example as below (I only want to combine 2 PDF files only):
Here I will explain three ways that you can use to combine several PDF files into one. The first way is to use the online tool from iLovePDF, the second way is to use Adobe Acrobat Pro and the third way is to use NitroPDF. Watch the third how to merge PDF files below this:
1. Using Online Tools
The first way to combine multiple PDF files into one is to use an online tool. The online tools we use are iLovePDF. Read more about how to merge PDF files via iLovePDF below this:
1. Visit the following link.
2. Next, upload your PDF files that you want to merge into one by clicking the button Select PDF files.
3. For example, I want to merge my 2 PDF files namely Network Part 1 and Network Part 2 into 1 PDF file. After that, click the button MERGE PDF.
4. Wait a few minutes for the file merging process. If it has been successfully merged, the merged file will be downloaded automatically.
5. If the file is not downloaded automatically, you can re-download it by clicking the button Download merged PDF.
Not only used to merge PDF files, this online tool can also be used to split PDF files into multiple pages.
2. Using Adobe Acrobat Pro
Adobe Acrobat Pro is freemium software that is used to process PDF files, ranging from reading, editing, merging and so on.
So what how to merge PDF files (2 PDF files or more) in one with Adobe Acrobat Pro? See how below:
1. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro, then select Create > Combine Files into a Single PDF.
2. Select Add Files to add the PDF files you want to merge into one. You can also drag the file to the area that I circled in red.
3. For example, I drag my two PDF files as shown in the image below.
4. Select icon List View as I have marked with the arrow.
5. In this step we just make sure the order of the PDF files that we will merge is correct. Don’t get confused, for example Network Part 1 below and Network Part 2 even above. If so, select Combine Files.
6. Wait a few minutes and the combined results of the first and second files will open automatically. To save with the name and location of the folder you want, select File > Save As.
3. Using NitroPDF
No less popular with Foxit Reader and Adobe Acrobat Pro, NitroPDF is also a PDF viewer software that is also widely used by computer users, especially office workers.
For how to combine several PDF files into one with NitroPDF, you can follow the steps below:
1. Open NitroPDF, then select Combine.
2. To add the PDF files you want to merge, select Add Files.
3. If you have, select Create to combine several of your PDF files into one.
4. Select the folder location and type the file name you want, for example: Combined Network 1 and 2. Next select Save.
5. Wait a few minutes (the length of time depends on how many pages / PDF file size). When the merging process is complete, the merged file will open automatically.
