A. Send Email on Gmail

1. First visit gmail.com to login to your email account. Then enter your email, then select Next.

2. Enter your email password, then select Next again.

3. To compose a new email, select Compose.

4. In column To, enter the recipient’s email address. Then in column Subject, enter a title or a short description of why you sent the email. In a large box or column, here you can write the contents of your email. If you want to attach a file to the email, select the clip icon as indicated by the arrow.

6. Select the file you want to attach, then select Open.

7. Wait for the upload process to complete, the length of this process depends on the size of the file, the larger it will take the longer.

8. If the file has been successfully uploaded, select Send to send email.

9. Then how to know the email has been sent or not? All sent emails are in the box Sent Mail.

B. Send Email on Yahoo

1. First login to your yahoo account via the following link. Then enter your email address, then select Next.

2. Enter your yahoo email password, then select Sign in.

3. Select Write to compose a new email.

4. In column To, type the recipient’s email address and for the field Title, type the subject or title of the email. As for the large column, this is where you type the contents of your email. If you want to attach a file, select the clip icon as indicated by the arrow.

5. Select the file you want to attach to the email, then select Open.

6. Wait for the upload process to complete, the larger the size, the longer the upload process will take. After that, select send to send your email to the destination email address.

7. To check whether the email has been sent or not, select the box Sent. This will display all the emails that have been sent.

Using any email service is actually the same, but each has its advantages and disadvantages. If I personally prefer to use gmail than others. One of the reasons I chose gmail is, just have 1 gmail account, you can connect to ALL Google services or products such as blogger, gmail, youtube, playstore and so on.
