1. First you have to install addons / extensions named Messenger Cleaner. Make sure you are using the Chrome browser then click the following link to download the extension. Next Click Add to Chrome.

2. After the installation is complete, click the icon Messenger Cleaner as indicated by the arrow. But make sure you are logged into Facebook first.

3. You will be directed to your Facebook chat/message page. There will be 2 choices, namely Delete All Messages (delete all chats/messages) and Choose & Delete (delete multiple chats/messages at once).
