Undo Send: How To Unsend Emails That Have Been Sent on Gmail

Do you often send regret emails? Ops, we mean sorry after sending the email. Whether it’s because of entering the recipient’s email incorrectly, forgetting to attach the file, writing someone’s name wrong or whatever it is that makes you regret immediately after clicking “send”“. An instant step to eliminate the regret click is now brought back by Gmail.
For Gmail users, an old feature in Gmail Labs, Undo Send, was recently added to Gmail’s inbox app. This feature can be found in the web version of Gmail as an official feature. Now you can make sure that the email sending error will never be seen by anyone but yourself. Here’s how to use Undo Send in Gmail.
Step 1 – Enable Undo Send

Go to section Gmail settings and find on tab “general” Undo Send option. Click option Enable Undo Send, then select the send cancellation period from 5 to 30 seconds. The selected time will determine how long you have to undo immediately after sending the message. Last click “Save Changes” in the below section.
