The Number of Players In Blackout Mode Is Not As Much As PUBG and Fortnite
Due to Treyarch prioritize the quality of the game
Gameinformer’s interview with studio Treyarch about the Battle royale mode for the game Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 provide answers about the number of players in one game. Not as much as PUBG and Fortnite, in this Blackout mode there will only be 80 (eighty) players for one game. This is only for beta, regarding the full-game at the time of release many things might change.
According to Treyarch himself, the quality of the game is far more important than the number of players, so 80 players were chosen. But it is possible that this number will increase when the game is released in full.
