They have also opened pre-registration for players who are interested in playing it on Android.

Similar to the iOS version, the Android version of Stardew Valley will be available in version 1.3. But the second version is not supported by multiplayer features like the PC version. Even so, players can transfer game data from PC to iOS or Android versions. So players can continue their game from PC to this mobile version.
