Rumor: Next Major Dota 2 Held in Paris
Dota 2 Major in Paris? It will be very interesting.
According to Esports Insider, this mid-2019 Major will be held at a recreation area Disneyland which is in Paris.
This rumor emerged after the recruitment of employees for the “Dota 2 Major Paris”. The Esports Insider website is trying to find out and get answers about the possibility that this event will be held at Disneyland Paris, in collaboration with Mars Media and hosted by MDL.
For those who don’t know, Paris has hosted several eSport events such as League of Legends, Counter-Strke, FIFA and much more. And maybe Dota 2 is one of them. This rumor is also reinforced by Disney’s frequent broadcast of eSports tournaments such as the Overwatch League and EVO on Disney XD.
If true, this Major will be the biggest tournament in Paris, and will probably be held from 2 – 12 May 2021 as much as 1 million USD and 15,000 DPC.
