Netmarble Officially Announces A3: Still Alive for Global, Combines MMORPG and Battle Royale
MMORPG and Battle Royale are gamers’ favorite genres in recent years. This is what makes Netmarble release A3: Still Alive for the first time in South Korea in March 2021. This game, which combines MMORPG and Battle Royale elements, has become a favorite in South Korea. Therefore, Netmarble will officially release A3: Still Alive globaly.
MMORPGs generally have to go through a process of character growth to enjoy the fun
competition/strategy/PvP. On the other hand, A3: Still Alive provide fun strengthening character and competition at the same time. A3: Still Alive will present a new concept of playing MMORPG that provides the excitement of competition/strategy/PvP without the character growth process required in current MMORPGs where anyone can play fair from the start and become stronger.
A3: Still Alive provide fun strengthening characters through MMORPGs and competitions in Battle Royale. Battle Royale can be played while the battle is in progress on the Field, so players can enjoy Battle Royale without losing Equipment and EXP. Through Battle Royale, players can get MMORPG main key strengthening items and additional EXP. Through this tight rotational structure, there is a perfect mix of two genres namely Battle Royale and ‘MMORPG.
A3: Still Alive will present five classes, namely Berserker, Templar, Mage, Assassin, and Archer. And of course the five classes offer unique play styles and abilities that are different from one another.
Two Exciting and Interesting Special Content
Apart from classes, A3: Still Alive also presents two exciting and interesting content. First is the Soul Linker which or summon which will accompany the player’s fight and provide status bonuses depending on the type. There are 3 types of Soul Linker, Attack, Defense, and Support. There are 273 kinds of Soul Linkers that can be found A3: Still Alive and have a variety of appearances.
The second is Dark Presence, the content of large-scale 100 vs. 100 battles centered on the Field that takes place at the same time on all servers. Tense battles and endless strategies for self-respect and team victory. Unlike Battle Royale, battles in Dark Presence show full character growth. Players can seize battle points against each other and experience the dramatic thrill of fierce rank changes. Here, players can experience the thrill of survival that is different from Battle Royale.
Battle Royale in A3: Still Alive is a survival battle where the only player survives among all players regardless of character growth and under the same conditions. Battle Royale can be followed by up to 30 players and is divided into Solo Match and Team Match.
Regardless of the character class being played, players are free to choose the desired Weapon among 11 Weapons that are specifically for melee/range/Magic/buff. The hallmark of the Battle Royale mode is the Berserker who can fight using arrows and the Mage who fights with the axe.
Unlike the MMORPG system, Battle Royale will be controlled manually with dual-stick operation which can simultaneously control the direction of movement and attack for players who want more sophisticated operations. It also supports automatic targeting for players unfamiliar with manual operations, so anyone can enjoy Battle Royale without any hassle.
