Mega Evolution Feature Definitely Present in Pokemon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let's Go, Eevee!

Mega Evolution for Charizard, Venusaur and Blastoise.

The Pokemon Company and Nintendo recently re-released a new video for Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee! In this new video Nintendo shows one of the upcoming features, namely Mega Evolution where later certain Pokemon get additional evolutions or mega evolutions.

In Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee! players can convert certain Pokemon to mega evolution, but currently only Charizard, Venusaur and Blastoise are confirmed to have mega evolution. In battle, players can only change Pokemon to their mega evolution form once, using Key Stones and Mega Stones according to the Pokemon they want to transform. Pokemon that have this mega evolution form will have new appearances and additional fighting abilities that are very useful in battles.

Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokemon: Let’s Go, Eevee! scheduled to be released on November 16, 2021 for Nintendo Switch.
