Getting to Know the Different Types of Armor in Apex Legends - Apex Legends Guide

Like game battle royale in general, Apex Legends also provides a lot of items scattered on the map. Starting with weapons, armor, attachments, ammunition to healing items to support players to become winners in the game.

In this guide GameFever ID introduced various types of armor consisting of Body Shield, Helmet, Knockdown Shield and Backpack. Each armor it has rarity which are marked by color. white (common), blue (Rare), Purple (Epic) and gold (Legendary).

Body Shield

Body Shield give shield to players throughout the game. If you equip yourself with Body Shield, you can see Shield Bar on Health Bar character. Quality Body Shield determines how many Shield bars are received, and how many effective hit points your character has.

	Legendary	+100 Shield Capacity and fully recharge Shields after successfully executing the enemy who had knockdown.

Helmet

In Apex Legends, Helmet is one type of armor, but has a different mechanism from Body Shield. If the Body Shield gives the player a Shield that has a bar such as Health, the Helmet reduces the damage from the opponent’s bullet that goes to the head.

Knockdown Shields

Knockdown Shield is a unique type of armor that only exists in Apex Legends. When a player or team member is in knock down status and waiting for the help of other members, players who are in this knock down status can use the Knockdown Shield to protect themselves from opponents who want to kill. So if a player is knocked down, there is no need to look for cover behind a rock or at home if you already have a Knockdown Shield.

Backpack
