Strange Tooth is a new material that arrived in the update Genshin Impact 1.2 that players can meet in Dragonspine. This material was first introduced in the World Quest The Festering Fang which asks you to look for 3 pieces. After the mission, Strange Tooth is also needed to make a new weapon called Dragonspine Spear (Vitalized Dragontooth).
