5 Malaysian troops removed from Free Fire MCP Majors for "smurfing"!

A total of five of Malaysia’s biggest eSports teams have been removed from the Free Fire MCP Majors Season 2. These include Sem9 which is one of the professional eSports organizations in our country, Autoknockout which won the Malaysia Free Fire Championship last year, and AKOLADIES which is the strongest women’s team in Malaysia. Malaysia. The rest are AKO-HERO, AKO_Osome and AKO Synergy.

These five teams were discarded because some of their players were found to have been “smurfing” cheats. For those who don’t know, smurfing means when an experienced or high-ranking player uses a new/low-ranking account and then plays with a less experienced player.

In general, smurfing gives a negative impression on the matchmaking ecosystem for a game. Some may give reasons such as finding it difficult to find resistance because their level is high, wanting to try something new, or playing with friends whose level is much lower.

Whatever your opinion, it is undeniable that smurfing is not a good practice and can ruin the experience of new players. Here is the list of players sickened with the smurfing error:

  1. AKO.xTheAxel (Autoknockout)
  2. AKO.xLemon (Autoknockout)
  3. AKO.xRoy (Autoknockout)
  4. AKO_xBabytea (AKO_Synergy)
  5. AKO_xTinmeow (AKO_Synergy)
  6. AKO_xNeesa (AKO_Synergy)
  7. AKO xZimax. (AKO_Multiple)
  8. AKO xAimBot (AKO_Osome)
  9. S9A.xNewb (Sem9)
  10. S9A.xShuraa. (Sem9)
  11. S9A.xZennOP (Sem9)
  12. AKO x4UZIE (AKO-HERO)

  14. AKO xOPPA (AKO-HERO)
  15. AKO.xMeymaa (AKOLADIES)
  16. AKO.xMERRY (AKOLADIES)

All Malaysian players and troops removed from Free Fire MCP Majors will be banned from eSports for 1 year ending on 14 August 2022 from all official Free Fire competitions. Not only that, several organizations also gave their own statements on this issue:
