4 Big PUBG Mobile Tournaments Coming in 2021

Tencent as developer of PUBG Mobile announced their plans for 2021. Coinciding with the start of the PMGC 2021 Season 0 tournament yesterday, the director of PUBG Mobile Global Esports, James Yang provided information on the tournament plan PUBG Mobile international level for 2021.

In 2021 PUBG Mobile plans to hold 4 international level tournaments that teams can participate in PUBG Mobile the best in the world. The four tournaments are PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL), PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO), Summer Invitational, and PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2021.

In addition, Tencent will also add several new tournament regions that do not yet exist in 2021. Some of these regions include:

PMPL

  • PMPL CIS
  • PMPL Turkey
  • PMPL Western Europe
  • Arabian PMPL
  • PMPL North America
  • PMPL Latin America
  • PMPL Brazil

In addition, PMPL will continue in Southeast Asia (SEA) and South Asia.

PMCOs

PMCO will be separately conducted in Africa, Bangladesh, France, Mexico, Nepal, UAE, UK, Brazil, CIS, Egypt, Europe WC, Germany, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, LATAM WC, MENA WC, North America, Pakistan, South Asia, Turkey, and Wildcard regions.

That’s not all, the total prizes up for grabs for the tournament PUBG Mobile this year it reached USD 14 million or equivalent to Rp198 billion. This is different from 2021, which only fights for a total prize of USD 5 million or equivalent to Rp. 70 billion.
