Through its official Instagram site, Woman Star League announced that the regular season match for the 3rd season will be opened together with the official video trailer which will air on June 15, 2021 and will close on August 8, 2021. All information and news about tournaments, esports, and match results will be broadcast thoroughly and will be updated regularly on the official Woman Star League social media.
Regarding the implementation time, the Woman Star League will be divided into several phases. The qualifying phase has been seen from June 4 to June 13, 2021, which will be attended by 32 teams. Meanwhile, the Regular Season, which will feature 8 teams, will be watched for 8 weeks from June 18, 2021 to July 25, 2021. After that, the deciding phase, namely the Playoffs, will be seen on August 6, 2021 to August 8, 2021 where the 6 teams at the top of the final standings will fight for the title of champion of the third season.
In addition, Kresna added that WSL and 1011 Event have included several big names for Indonesian esports teams that automatically enter Regular Season 3. The five names are (EVOS Lynx, Alter Ego Nyx, Morph Team, Belletron Era and RRQ Mika) . In addition, there are also three teams that have passed the Qualification which was held in two waves, namely MBR Delphyne, LOH Kyra and LunaNera Esports.
