Valve Banned Up to 19 Years for Toxic Dota 2 Players
GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – Valve is again doing a clean-up in the Dota 2 game community. How not, in this update, Valve even sanctioned a ban for 19 years for toxic accounts that carry out fraudulent actions, buying and selling accounts, using harsh words, and smurf accounts. The cleaning of the toxic account was carried out by Valve through the latest update in Dota 2.
Banned by Valve is based on the behavior score of the players. Players with low behavior scores are likely to be banned. Like two blades, apart from getting a positive response from the community, Valve’s actions this time were branded controversial. Because quite a lot of gamers have complained that their accounts have been banned.
The Behavior Score in the Dota 2 game is a scoring feature where the score is taken from the other players’ evaluations of you when playing games with them. The low Behavior Score indicates that the player cannot play properly. Or it can be categorized as a Toxic player who can harm the game.
Well, with this cleanup in the Dota 2 community, of course many gamers hope that playing Dota 2 games is much more fun. Because, the Dota 2 game itself is famous for its toxic players. Especially for Southeast Asian servers. (fa)
