Take it to the Next Level, Square Enix Announces AR Space Invaders Game
GridGames.ID – Square Enix doesn’t seem to stop giving big surprises to the release of its AAA titles.
This time he took his old game, Space Inavders, to the next level.
The newly announced Space Invaders mobile game will carry the Augmented Reality (AR) genre.
Titled Space Invaders AR, the game was developed by Square Enix Montrean in collaboration with TAITO.

Tetsu Yamada, President and Representative Director of Taito Corporation said that collaborating with Square Enix Montreal on their vision for Space Invaders AR, was an extraordinary endeavor for them.
He also added that as fans of the classic series, they treat Space Invaders with the utmost care and respect.
He is very happy that this game comes with new and fresh technology, and believes that it can expand the Space Invaders franchise.
Space Invaders AR will combine modern art style with AR technology and still give players the task of protecting the world from alien attacks.
