Sony Potentially Troubled With PS5 Release in India

Even some countries can buy the Playstation 5 sooner before the global release date. But unfortunately, there is a potential where Sony will find it difficult to release its console in India. Because, the PS5 trademark was patented by a resident from Delhi, India five months before Sony made a claim on its intellectual property.

An Indian citizen who has patented the PS5 name in his country is named Hitesh Aswani. Until now, Sony’s and Aswani’s claims to use the PS5 name are still being challenged by the Indian government.
