Next-Gen Donuts, Xbox Partners with Krispy Kreme to Present Xbox Donuts

GAMEFINITY.ID, Purworejo – After the Xbox refrigerator which went viral a few months ago, now there is another strange thing related to the Xbox. Not a game or a new console from Xbox, but this is a donut. Yes, maybe this is the so-called next-gen donut.

Krispy Kreme UK, a donut maker in the UK has teamed up with Xbox to present an Xbox donut. The collaboration between the two companies is to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Xbox.

Named “The Nexus Level Donut“, this donut comes with the Xbox logo that runs across the top surface of the donut. According to Krispy Kreme UK, these donuts are made with “a soft, gooey brownie-rich dough with a icing that forms the Xbox logo”.

“Games and donuts have been two great ways to connect people and bring joy over the past year, it feels natural to bring together the taste and excitement of gaming in an edible form,” said Rachel Chapman, marketing manager for Krispy Kreme.

Krispy Kreme announced this donut via his Twitter account yesterday. To make it even more identical to Xbox, Krispy Kreme even made a parody trailer of this donut which is very similar to Xbox One X reveal trailer a few years ago.

These “The Nexus Level” donuts will be available in stores and Krispy Kreme website in the UK and Ireland from 2 August to 22 August. This Xbox donut is pegged at £2.10 or around 42 thousand Rupiah per seed. As a promotion, for every purchase of 12 donuts, customers will get a one month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate voucher and a lucky draw for an Xbox Series S console.
