New Maps and Characters in Update 1.2 Genshin Impact
GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – Genshin Impact will release an update version 1.2 which will be released on December 23. This update is called The Chalk Prince and the Dragon, which will bring new maps, characters, and seasonal events for players to run.
The new map is called Dragonspine, the frozen mountains south of Mondstadt. There, players will explore a new immersive environment full of new creatures, mysteries, treasures and full of danger. Since Dragonspine is a cold and snowy place, players should pay attention to the Sheer Cold bar while in Dragonspine. Players should always pay attention to the bar so that the character’s temperature doesn’t drop too low and keep it warm.
There will also be a seasonal event at Dragonspine, called The Chalk Prince and the Dragon. Players can choose to investigate the area with Mondstadt’s genius alchemist, Albedo during seasonal events.
Two five-star characters will be added to the game as part of the event. The first character is the aforementioned Albedo, a young alchemist who possesses a sword and the power of geo. Second is Ganyu, the half-human, half-adept Cyro archer who works as Liyue Qixing’s envoy and secretary.
