Morph Team Wins Dunia Games League 2021

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – Successful in its implementation last month, the Dunia Games League 2021 event has reached its peak. National level online mobile games competition held annually, it reached the Grand Final which was held from February 29 to March 1 at the Basketball Hall – Gelora Bung Karno, Jakarta.

The Dunia Games League 2021 was successfully held in 120 cities and 64 campuses in Indonesia which was divided into four categories, namely Amateur Qualifier, Campus Qualifier, Online Qualifier, and Pro Qualifier.

Since being held, Dunia Games League 2021 has been attended by 6,820 teams with more than 34,000 gamers competing in more than 2,000 matches that have taken place, and has produced more than 3.8 million watch time hours Youtube content for Dunia Games League with a total view of more than 20 million views.

The total prizes up for grabs in the competition that features the PUBG Mobile game reached more than Rp. 1.6 billion.

Successfully surpassing all of these qualifying rounds, the 16 best teams competed in the 2021 Dunia Games League Grand Final, which carried a scoring system to determine the winner.

The scoring system will produce a standings containing the participants, with the leader of the standings being the owner of the highest score and entitled to be the winner.

Interestingly, at this event a Ladies Match was also held, which was attended by 16 professional teams who also implemented the scoring system.

Of the 16 best teams that competed in the 2021 Dunia Games League Grand Final, Morph Team managed to become the champion after collecting 136 points.

Meanwhile, Bigetron RA and RRQ Ryu respectively ranked second and third with 119 points and 107 points.

Then, in the Ladies Match, Belletron Ace successfully won the title of 1st place after collecting 63 points.

In the second and third positions were YnF Zoo and Alter Ego Rox who got 53 and 47 points, respectively.

The World Games League 2021 Grand Final was also attended by the Deputy of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia, Raden Isnanta as a form of support for strengthening the eSports ecosystem in Indonesia.

In addition, visitors who attended the Dunia Games League 2021 Grand Final were entertained by the appearance of the music group Pee Wee Gaskins, as well as the presence of a number of well-known cosplayers, various interesting booths, one of which provided the exchange of exclusive Dunia Games League 2021 merchandise for lucky visitors.
