To be able to get elite and epic skins at this 515 Party Box event, you need to collect the 515-Box Badge.
You can go to Event > Daily > Collect 515 and Win Game to see how to get 515-Box Badge. You can get the 515-Box Badge by completing the missions listed there, such as logging in and also doing top ups.
You can also claim an additional 515-Box Badge by going to Events > Daily > Pre-order & Win Elite Skins. Press the claim button to claim a total of 3 additional 515-Box Badges.
After you have enough 515-Box Badge, then you can exchange it by going to the Event menu> Daily> Redeem 515 eParty.
In the 515 eParty redemption menu, you can exchange the 515-Box Badge for the twilight lottery (normal) or the twilight lottery (advanced). The normal twilight lottery is used to unlock elite skins, while the advanced twilight lottery is used to unlock elite skins.
After exchanging the 515-Box Badge with the twilight lottery, both advanced and normal, you can immediately go to Shop > Party Box to start unlocking skin prizes.
