Fortnite Admits to Cheating Mode Impostors from Among Us
OKEGUYS – Fortnite finally admits that they cheated on its newest Impostors Mode from Among Us and openly wants to work together to get a source of inspiration, guys.
Starting from a post on Twitter which is quite funny. Fortnite is looking to officially collaborate with Among Us and its developer Innersloth.
In response to a tweet announcing the update Fortnite 18.20 (which also includes the Among US credits as inspiration for the Impostors). Immediately mention the Among Us Official account!

From the mention of the Tweet, Epic Fortnite does look familiar, guys, wow. But in the end the post was well received with an affirmation from Innersloth.
After Epic tweeted back, “Big fan! We never talk about how you inspire us. What do you think about doing something? have fun together sometime?”.

The exchange is certainly a far cry from Innersloth’s initial response to the surprise announcement of Fortnite’s Imposter mode back in August. When the team of developers said it was “sad”, “very disappointed”, and “a bit offended” at the time of Fortnie’s new fashion.
Because at that time Epic Fotrnite had not admitted that they were cheating on Among Us Guys. Which in the end now only credits Among Us and invites cooperation. Maybe I’m afraid of being sued, guys, hehe.
Reporting from Eurogamer, Innersloth community director Victoria Tran said “We reached out to Epic – it’s cool to see them acknowledging their inspiration now. Who knows what will happen in the future!”
Fortnite Impostors launched back in August, as a time mode limited to 10 players. This is a copy of Among Us ‘Murder-in-the-Dark-style’ gameplay.
Remade by Epic into a more striking 3D experience where you can play as your favorite Fortnite character.

This mode has proven to be popular, and unlike some of the other Epic game riffs (like Crazy Taxi mode). Today’s Epic Fortnite admitted to cheating from Among Us, and they also invited developers to work together on other projects.
