Financial Constraints, Ariel Noah's Esports Team Releases All PUBG Mobile Players

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – The Pillars Esport officially released all their PUBG Mobile players on Monday (14/12/2021). This news is quite surprising because the achievements achieved by The Pillars Esports are arguably quite good.

But recently, the reason for Ariel NOAH’s esports team was revealed to the public through Planet Esports on the RevivaLTV YouTube channel. Financial constraints are the reason for The Pillars Esports to release all their PUBG Mobile players.

“We are currently experiencing problems from sponsorship. This pandemic period has also had quite an impact on funding. We’ve actually been chasing other sponsors, but in this time of pandemic everyone chose to hold back and back off. So, like it or not, we have to release all of them (Slayers players),” said The Pillars Esports CEO Raihan Muhammad as quoted by ONE Esports.

The Pillars Esports admitted that they actually regretted releasing all their players because of the performance of these players. But they had to do this because of the financial condition that made them let go of their players.

As a new team in the Indonesian PUBG Mobile scene, The Pillars Slayer is indeed a team that is quite respected. The Pillars Slayer was ranked fourth from the PMPL Indonesia Season 1 tournament last year.
