Epic Comeback! Evos Esports World Champion Mobile Legends

Telset.id, Jakarta – Evos Esports successfully won the title in the Mobile Legends World Championship 2021 (M1) competition. This achievement made Evos crowned the first Mobile Legends world champion.

Evos Esports, which entered M1 as the champion of the Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Indonesia, has indeed shown a promising performance. The team from Jakarta succeeded in outperforming opponents from various other countries.

In the grand final, the all-Indonesian final took place. Another Indonesian representative, Rex Regum Qeon (RRQ) became the challenger for Evos in the top party. The match between these two teams has indeed earned the nickname el classico Mobile Legends Indonesia. No wonder the meeting of the two is touted as the ideal final.

Even though they had met in the semifinals of the upper bracket and were forced to admit the superiority of Evos, RRQ appeared so strong when they competed in the final. In the Best of 7 (BO7) format, RRQ immediately pressed on from the first match.

The match in the first match was quite tough. The match lasted about 34 minutes, until RRQ continued to put pressure on Evos and managed to steal the win.

Had been made bowed to make Evos stung. The team led by Gustian “Rekt”, Eko “Oura”, Yurino “Donkey”, Ihsan “Luminaire” and Ridwan “Wann”, immediately stepped on the gas to win in the second match.

Not wanting a repeat of defeat in the semifinals, RRQ, which fielded the line-up of Ikhsan “Lemon”, Diky “Tuturu”, William “Liam”, Try Widyanto “AyamJAGO”, Calvin “VYNN, and Isaiah “Xin”, again took the initiative to promote RRQ . As a result, the next two games were won by RRQ.

The 3-1 score made the RRQ team smell a bit of a champion, because they only needed one more win to lock up the title.

Luckily, although under pressure, Evos was not nervous. They re-arranged the game. Slowly but surely, they rose from the pressure of RRQ. With great difficulty, Evos managed to extend their breath by winning two matches in a row.

This result inevitably brought Evos and RRQ to determine the race for the champion until the 7th match. The mental and technical battles of the two teams were tested. In this decisive match, Evos appeared like a devil.

Evos immediately pressed since the early minutes. Unlike the previous match when they were forced to surrender by RRQ. This time it was their turn to force RRQ to hold back the Evos team’s rampage.

It only took about 8 minutes 6 seconds for Evos to stop RRQ’s resistance. Euphoria immediately broke out in the Evos camp, they successfully won the Mobile Legends world title which was held for the first time.
