Eight Teams Ready to Compete Through the 2021 MLBB Regular Ladies Series Season

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – After being held for 3 days, the 2021 MLBB Ladies Series will start entering the regular season round today (27/5). In this round, eight teams will compete intensely for the next three weeks. They will fight for the top six positions to be able to enter the playoffs.

Eight teams that made it through to the regular season round were Evos Lynx, Morph Akasha, Powd Fraya, 7 Heaven Emerald, Luna Nera Esports, Belletron Era, RRQ Mika and MBR Delphyne. They have managed to get rid of 58 other teams in the qualifier round. Victory over three teams in the previous round will be an important capital to start the regular season strongly.

Although it only lasted for three days, the qualifying round presented quite a few surprises. Big teams such as Alter Ego NYX and Aerowolf Ladies had to fall before experiencing the regular season after going through fierce resistance. The epic comeback from Morph Akasha succeeded in dispelling the hopes of Aerowolf Ladies, who had made a blunder at the end of the game. While Alter Ego NYX had to submit to the dark horse team, MBR Delphyne who was coached by former Bigetron Esports player, Stewart Tiolamon.

In addition to the big teams, amateur teams also steal a lot of attention. Even though they were not able to fill the top eight slots, at least they showed good performance in the matches they had gone through. Campus representatives such as UGM Eclipse and Gunadarma Fancy were able to advance to the second day of the quailifier round. Meanwhile, the debut of one of RRQ’s big teams, RRQ Mika, managed to advance to the regular season smoothly without any significant resistance from his opponents.

Entering the regular season, the toughness of the teams will be tested. No longer using the elimination system, this time the toughness of eight teams will be an important factor. Strategic ability and knowledge of the strengths of other teams will also be very necessary.

The regular season round will be divided into events from 27 May to 13 June 2021. All rounds will be held online.
