Easy Steps How to Share Printers to several Laptops or PCs

It’s incomplete if we have a laptop or PC without the presence of a printer. This one device is indeed a mainstay for users in printing document files. How to Share Printer to Multiple Computers?

In order to activate printer sharing successfully, my friend can follow the steps exactly, here are the steps:

First, you can open Control Panel or simply click Windows + R.

Next, my friend has entered the menu Control Panel. Here you have to activate File and printer sharing.

You can choose Networks and Internet.

If Network and Internet already open, please mate select “Network and Sharing Center”

Next, don’t forget to select “Change advanced sharing settings”

So you need to know, to share files and printers, please select “Turn on network discovery” and “Turn on file and printer sharing”. This feature itself allows other devices to access files or printers that you have shared.

Now a little information, here the password will automatically be entered. So if you want to share or share files / printers, later my friend must enter the password first. But if you don’t want to be complicated or without a password, you can click All Networks.

Then my friend scroll down and please select “Turn off password protected sharing”.

If so, please Save changes.

How to Access Shared Printers?
