Tips for Getting High Coin Rank

At the heart of Nintendo’s Super Mario 35 game is a competition that pits 35 players against each other. All of these players need to go through the classic levels of the 1985 game from Super Mario Bros. This classic game features 32 levels spread across eight worlds, although when you play Super Mario 35, you’ll notice that you don’t have direct access to all of them.

At the start of each match, all players in the lobby will choose the level they have unlocked, which will be thrown into the level pool for that round. All selected levels will be arranged in a randomized order. Of course early in the game, you’ll probably find yourself running through levels 1-1 and 1-2 many times. This is why you need to quickly unlock levels in more difficult worlds. So how do you open it? Unlocking Levels

The first tip you can do is to unlock the level. There are two ways to unlock levels in this game. You can sit back and hope someone else in the lobby unlocks the level, picks it in pre-game, then you survive that point in the level cycle and complete it.

By following this method, the level will be permanently available to you. Alternatively, you can also complete each level before the one you want to unlock, which the game will give you automatically.

For example, if you want to unlock levels 7-4, you can do so by completing each level from 1-1 to 7-3 at least once. The reason why the second method is the best to use is because you don’t have to depend on a stranger picking the correct level you need. You can always choose the next level in the cycle that you haven’t completed and hope that it shows up early enough in the match for you to complete it.

Warp Zone

The warp zone in Super Mario Bros. 35 looks to lead to three random levels, but it really isn’t. Level 1-2 is the easiest option, as it is a very common level early in the game and has warp zones. From right to left, the three arches will take you one level forward in the cycle, two levels forward in the cycle, and three levels forward in the cycle.

This works identically to the pipe function which would take you one world forward, two worlds forward, and three worlds forward from right to left in the original game. This means that if you don’t see the level you’re trying to unlock above any pipe, then it’s at least four levels, and you have to go to the far left pipe to get through as many levels as possible.

You should also always pay attention to this warp zone, because there may be other levels that other players need to choose from. In this case, always warp towards that player to get the right to use this feature. If any of the three pipes leads to level 1-2 the level you are in, you can head there and head back to the warp zone quickly to pass more levels.

You also need to play the level 1-2 times as much as possible to progress through the cycle of 32 levels quickly. When you reach the last flagpole or pipe of a level, you will advance to the next level in the cycle and just have to hope that you reach the level you choose.

To reach the 1-2 warp zone, run the level until you reach the elevator just before the final level pipe. Instead of going through the pipe, take the elevator slightly and jump up to the ceiling, then run to the right. You will soon reach a hole that drops you into the warp zone.

Repeating this process using the warp zones in levels 1-2 is the fastest way to reach the level you’re trying to unlock. You’ll most likely get lucky here and there and stumble on some of the much higher levels in the warp zone.

It’s not just about mastering multiple levels, but Super Mario 35 is also about pride, especially when it comes to rankings. After getting the first of many possible successes in Super Mario 35, you will enter the coin leaderboard (High Coin Rankings).

Your position on this leaderboard will depend on the highest number of coins you earn in a single match, with players at the top of the leaderboard usually holding around 5,000 coins in a single match. There are some players with 99999 coins, but those players do it through hacks and will usually be removed by Nintendo soon.

To get this high number of coins, players need a deep understanding of how these coin bonuses are calculated, platforming and reflexive talent. The coins in Super Mario 35 can be used to buy power-ups during the game, which can be a differentiator, especially at the end of the game. For this reason, you may need to spin around first to collect a lot of coins.

But also keep in mind that getting 5,000 coins from the game alone won’t be enough as these leaderboard leaders usually get their high scores thanks to the post-game coin bonus. There are a few different bonuses you’ll need to compete with the best, such as rank bonuses, chest bonuses, and by far the most important one is the Small Mario bonus.

The size of the ranking bonus will depend on how you play the game. First place will get 100 coins, second place will get 90 coins, and the bonus keeps decreasing with last place getting only five. The Small Mario bonus is a bonus that will double your coin amount at the end of the game, and this one is very easy to get. All you have to do is not buy power-ups before playing.

You will always have the option to buy star, mushroom or flower power-ups to start the match, but if you choose not to buy anything, your total coins will be doubled in the end automatically. For business targeting other players, you need to direct the attack to the player with the most coins. This is because you will later be able to steal all the coins from any player you beat right away.

So if you want to eliminate other players, especially at the end of the game, then make sure this elimination can net you more than a thousand coins. Meanwhile, when it comes to picking up coins, you need to get the most out of killing enemies sent by other players at you.

This means that you need to target yourself so that your opponent will send people towards you. By playing aggressively, you will be able to reach the cache of coins as much as possible. Plus, you can collect a lot of coins in your pocket and make yourself the main target by having the most coins and in turn getting more coins from more enemies.

Most importantly, you have to win the match, because that’s what will give you the chest bonus and the highest ranking bonus possible. Without a win, you most likely won’t stand a chance to top the leaderboard, so keep practicing to improve your game.
