SES Voc Ikamil1 Wins AOV National Championship 2021
Last Saturday, Garena held the 2021 AOV National Championship (ANC) final in Surabaya. Followed by four teams that have gone through a long qualifying phase, this tournament was won by SES Voc Ikamil1. They are entitled to a prize of IDR 25 million.
The final phase of ANC 2021 was attended by four Indonesian teams, namely SES Voc Ikamil1, Chronicles Hore, SGM, and also Nova Esports. The four teams reached the final phase after going through a long qualification which was participated by more than 2000 teams from all over Indonesia.
The final phase begins with a match between SES Voc Ikamil1 and Chronicles Hurray. In series best of three, both teams had a draw and took one win. But on games the third managed to slay Chronicles Hooray and advance to the final round.
In the next match, Nova Esports was challenged by SGM, fighting for the right to advance to the final against SES. Nova had won at games first and superior far enough in games second. But one team fight It’s important to turn things around and make SGM succeed in seizing games second. Gaining momentum, SGM appeared dominant in the games third and beat Nova Esports.
Unfortunately, surprise underdog did not happen to SGM in the final round. Through three games which is quite dominant, SES managed to beat SGM with a score of 3-0. SES Voc Ikamil1 finally managed to become the champion of ANC2021.
