Sandiaga Uno Officially Becomes Deputy of PB Esports Indonesia's Board of Trustees
Former Indonesian vice president, Sandiaga Uno, who is also the deputy chairman of the Gerindra Party, officially serves as the PB Esports Indonesia Board of Trustees. This appointment was made by Budi Gunawan as the General Chairperson of the Indonesian Esports Executive Board. This event itself took place on Saturday 18/1 at the Kempinski Hotel, Central Jakarta.
Sandiaga Uno admitted that he was very honored to be invited to become a Deputy of the Board of Trustees and wanted to develop the extraordinary potential of esports. Sandiaga Uno also said that esports in the future will develop more rapidly, he said that currently esports already has 60 million active players.
The Future of Indonesian Esports
In order to organize esports to be even better, Sandiaga Uno really hopes that the government will issue regulations so that esports can produce many athletes who are able to speak out in international events.

At the same time, the members of the Indonesian Esports Executive Board (PB) for the 2021-2024 period were also inaugurated. The inauguration itself was attended by 23 esports teams in Indonesia along with IESPA (Indonesia Esports Association).

In a separate event, Rob Clinton as the founder of Onic Esports and Riki Kawano as the Founder of RRQ gave high hopes for the presence of PB Esports Indonesia for the development of esports in Indonesia.
