Moves To North America, Dota 2 Team Cloud9 Recruits EternalEnvy, Ace, And Senyking

Last January, Cloud9 announced Dota 2 roster they. But one of the key points in their announcement at the time was their plan to move from Southeast Asia to North America. The plan was finally realized, but added with the substitution of two players. EternalEnvy, Ace, and Sneyking came in to replace vtFaded, FLee and Skem.

When it was first announced, Cloud9 gathered two players who had defended the American organization. The three players are Misery and Pieliedie. This is comeback Cloud9 in the realm Dota 2 after three years of absence. They will be accompanied by FLee, Skem, and vtFaded, two Southeast Asian players who are classified as less experienced.

Cloud9’s debut right after it was formed was the third Dota Pro Circuit qualifier, ESL One Los Angeles. Unfortunately they immediately fell in the open qualifying round so they would not be able to compete in the Minor let alone the Major. Given that Cloud9 is a North American organization and the competition in Southeast Asia has been tough this season, it’s no wonder the team is running the rest of their Pro Circuit season in North America.

The two players who came in to replace Skem and vtFaded are not unfamiliar names. EternalEnvy is one of those seasoned old players, but apart from a few titles with Team Secret, he’s rarely had any success to be proud of. Not only that, he is also one of the former players Dota 2 for Cloud9 in 2021 and 2021. While Sneyking is also an old player who has always played with EternalEnvy for several years. Finally, Ace is a former Team Secret and Ninjas in Pajamas player who has won several Major tournaments in the last two years

Currently, the Dota Pro Circuit will enter its third Minor and Major. This means that to be able to penetrate The International through the acquisition of points, Cloud9 must show a brilliant performance in the remaining two Majors and Minors.
