MDL Changsha Major Playoffs: OG Continues Bad Record

Despite ending the group stage quite badly, PSG.LGD managed to get back up and appear dominant in the lower bracket MDL Changsha Major. Instead, OG even slumped and eventually fell out of the tournament.

PSG.LGD started playoffs in lower bracket after finish in fourth place in the group stage. Facing IG Vitality in the first round lower bracket, PSG.LGD is quite dominant. Even though it was time consuming due to facing the Siren Dragon as core, PSG.LGD has never relaxed the pressure since the 10th minute of the game.

Their next opponent is TNC from the Philippines. On games first, early game very solid make PSG.LGD win quite easily. TNC is back at games second. But in games third one again early game which is very easy to make PSG.LGD finally win with a score of 2-1.

PSG.LGD will face Team Secret in the next round in lower bracket.

Meanwhile OG started playoffs in upper bracket have to go down to lower bracket after losing to VGJ.Storm. Fight them in lower bracket is Newbee who is in the first round lower bracket beat Invictus Gaming.

Newbee is not very bright lately. But that still doesn’t make OG appear more solid than Newbee. On the contrary, OG once again continued their curse of being powerless in the round playoffs and lost 0-2 to Newbee.

Newbee will face Mineski in the next round in lower bracket.
