8. As you have seen on the previous page, there are several options for diverting calls. The first is Always forward. You can select this option if you want to divert all incoming calls to another number. Fill in the number to which the call is diverted, then click Turn On.
9. Then the second choice or option is when busy. You can select this option if you want to divert the call to another number while you are receiving another call or when you reject the call. Fill in the number to which the call is diverted, then click Turn On.
10. Then there are also options When unswered. From the name you may have guessed. You can select this option when you want to divert calls when no one answers the call. Fill in the destination number for the transfer, then click Turn On.
11. The last one is choice When unreachable. You can select this option if you want to make sure the call is connected when this number is not active or when there is no signal so you cannot receive calls. To activate it, you just need to fill in the destination number of the transfer then you can click Turn On.
