Synopsis Dragon Ball Heroes 1
The story begins with Vegeta and Goku doing training with Whis on the planet Beerus. Then, Mai came to give an announcement that Trunks who came from the future had disappeared. Getting this news, made Shin remember that Trunks had visited Beerus planet to train as well. However, he still didn’t know where Trunks had disappeared.
Moments later, a human-like creature with purple skin appeared. The creature introduced his name as Fu. He admitted that he was friends with Trunks. Fu then told him about Trunks’ position, and the circumstances of Trunks being imprisoned on Prison Planet. Vegeta doesn’t believe in Fu. However, Fu tried to convince by giving reasons. Afterwards, he provided further information about Prison Planet ending with a warning. Hearing this story, Vegeta was upset. He invites Mai, and Goku to save Trunks.
The three of them went to Prison Planet using Instant Transmission. Upon arrival, Goku is amazed by the unique condition of Prison Planet. The shape is a collection of several planets combined into a giant prison via a large chain. Suddenly, the trio’s presence on Prison Planet was blocked by the red-robed Goku Xeno. Goku Xeno transforms into Super Saiya 4 and attacks Goku who must transform into Super Saiya Blue to compensate. As this fight took place, Fu was observing from a distance.
The two continue to fight, but are stopped when Goku crashes into an invisible wall. Goku Xeno explains to the three that they are trapped in an invisible room. Kamehameha came out aiming to destroy the invisible wall. However, it didn’t work. Fu came out of his observation spot. He was also happy because he got two interesting creatures to be used as experiments. Goku Xeno launches a ranged attack which Fu easily parries.
After the attempt to attack Fu is complete, Goku Xeno reveals to Goku and his friends that he is a member under the auspices of the Time Patrol organization that works to catch criminals who move from one space and time to another. Not to be missed, Fu also explained about Prison Planet. This place was the center of the experiment he created to confine the strong warriors to fight forever. This idea of fighting forever catches Goku’s interest.
Fu then continued the explanation about Prison Planet as well as Trunks. The child of Vegeta is locked up in Prison Planet by Fu for breaking the rules due to frequent time-traveling arbitrarily. Trunks can be released if the seven special Dragon Balls in the hands of the criminals are collected. One Dragon Ball is already in the hands of Goku Xeno.
The scene continues with Trunks waking up in prison. Then, the door opened and he met Cooler, Freiza’s brother. He asked for the Dragon Ball from Trunks. Fu monitors his prisoners in a mysterious room. There, he prepared to continue the main stage of his experiment. In order to smooth his plan, he uses a villain from the Saiyan Nation who is promised a big role.
Dragon Ball Heroes 1 Review
The Dragon Ball Heroes episode 1 scene begins with an entertaining battle practice from Vegeta and Goku. The beginning of this scene can be called good when viewed from the point of view of the genre which is categorized as action. Due to its short duration, the main conflict begins very quickly. However, the explanation that leads to the main conflict is fairly good because it is given in a short, concise manner. In episode 1, an unexpected figure is presented that adds to the appeal of this anime in the future, namely Goku Xeno.
The plot of the story of this anime is very clear what it will look like because it has been explained from the start by Fu, namely the endless battle of the fighters who are locked up in Prison Planet until finally 7 Dragon Balls are collected. However, even so, Dragon Ball anime fans can still hope for a surprise story in the final episode of this anime.
