A. Unlock All Characters (except Hanabi and the 4th Hokage)

On the main menu, press the following button.

  1. Hold R1+R2, then press Square, Triangle, Square, Triangle
  2. Hold L1+L2 then press Right, Up, Right, Up
  3. Press L3+R3 at the same time

B. Unlock character version 2

Unlock all characters in Versus Mode. But some of the characters among them won’t be able to use Ougi!

  1. Chou (Super) Chouji: Hold down select while selecting it.

You must complete certain chapters and missions in Story Mode.

  3. Jiraiya: Complete chapter 3, Mission 9
  4. Kankuro: Complete chapter 2, Mission 7
  5. Momochi Zabuza: Complete chapter 1, Mission 3
  6. Orochimaru: Complete Chapter 2, Mission 6
  7. Sabaku no Gaara: Complete chapter 2, Mission 7
  8. Sandaime Hokage: Complete Chapter 2, Mission 6
