#3 Using the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
1. To open this tool, type Winkey+R on your keyboard so it opens Windows Run, then type dxdiag in the column provided. Don’t forget to click OK or enter.
2. Next, the dialog box DirectX Diagnostic Tool will appear. You can see the BIOS version of the laptop in the section BIOS. Look at the image below.
#4 Using Command Prompt (CMD)
Finally, you can also use the Command Prompt (CMD). To open a command prompt, type cmd in the search field. Once open, you can write commands wmic bios get biosversion on the cmd. Don’t forget to press enter on your keyboard. Now your laptop’s BIOSVersion is visible in the cmd.
