Welcoming Ramadan, Free Fire Presents Ramadan Series

There’s only a developer way games to keep the players captivated. As one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world, Garena understands that Ramadan moments in Indonesia can be used to attract gamers’ interactions. Moreover, one of the games made by Garena, Free Fire, does have many users in Indonesia.

Well, welcoming Ramadan this year, Garena presents a tournament called Free Fire Ramadhan Series. The tournament will be divided into two categories, namely Ketupat Battle and Friendly Match. Reported from the official Instagram of Free Fire Esports Indonesia, later Free Fire Ramadhan Series target different groups of participants. Friendly Match will be more reserved for professional players. Whereas Ketupat Battle more for gamers general.

Free Fire Ramadhan Series held in on line. Broadcast live via livestream on the FF Sports ID YouTube channel. Ketupat Battle will take place April 7 to April 25, 2021. Meanwhile Friendly Match Held one day, 17-18 April 2021.

Ketupat Battle will be divided into three phases. The first, phase open qualifiers (FCC Mode). Then proceed to the semifinals. And the last grand final.

Although it is intended for the general public, there are minimum requirements rank to follow the Free Fire Ramadhan Series. Minimum participant has rank Platinum 1. They also have rank a minimum of 2038 points. And, finally, at least reaching level 30. So, participants who have not reached the target cannot register.

Garena itself provides a pretty tempting prize. During the qualifying phase or open qualifiers, the players are entitled to a prize if they have completed 8 matches with 8 tickets given. The prize is 500 in-game gold.

The winning team is entitled to receive Cyber Bounty Hunter Bundle. While the team runner-up will get jersey Chrono Top Scorer. And the third position team is entitled to a Chrono character. While positions 4 to 12 are entitled to Chrono’s Gloo Wall. Well, the last one specifically for champions 1 to 3 will also receive additional prizes in the form of Diamonds.(Gunawan Sutanto)

How to Join Free Fire Ramadhan Series

1. Enter into The Arena feature. View the Free Fire Ramadhan Series tournament schedule information, then click the “Squad” button to form or join a team.

2. If you want to form a team, click the “Create” button then fill in the data as stated in the registration column

3. After forming a team, click “Start Game” in the lobby of The Arena.
