This Former Pro CS:GO Player Was Sentenced To 116 Years In Prison For Allegations Of Embezzlement!

Twitch streamer and former Counter Strike: Global Offensive player Shayene “shAy” Victorio was recently sentenced to 116 years in prison for embezzlement.

The accusation of embezzlement against the Brazilian woman was due to an online business run by Shay in 2021-2021, where more than 100 people reportedly did not receive goods purchased from Shay’s online shop.

Not yet visited by the authorities

Interestingly, Shay apparently responded to this through his official Instagram account. He explained that at this time he had not been visited by the authorities and he would not run or hide which would have made him a fugitive. She further explained that the online business was fully managed by her ex-husband.

And she also stated that now her ex-husband will be responsible for this incident. Currently, Shay and his lawyers are also filing an appeal to the court that this was a “fault on the part of the business administration”.

Has Successfully Sold 10,000 Items!

Now, the business he previously ran has managed to make more than 10,000 sales and deliveries. Shay’s lawyer also stated that these allegations were part of an attempt to defam Shay, where previously there were people who created a fake page to attack Shay’s character.

If Shay hadn’t been successful in filing an appeal, he wouldn’t have actually been jailed for 116 years. Brazilian law states that a person can only be imprisoned for a maximum of 30 years, regardless of the nature of the crime.

But, if successful, then Shay would not be imprisoned at all. Shay will still be fined for the missing items. But it seems that the fine will be paid by her ex-husband. What do you think about this? Give your feedback below.
