Sony to Stop Production of PS Vita in Japan
Thanks PlayStation Vita.
Sony will soon stop production of one of its consoles, the PlayStation Vita. As announced last year, Sony does plan to stop production of the console portable theirs in 2021 and it looks like Sony will soon be doing it.
According to PlayStation’s official Japanese website, the pages for the PS Vita models PCH-2000 ZA11 (PS Vita Black) and PCH-2000 ZA23 (PS Vita Aqua Blue) read “shipping is scheduled to end soon”. Even though both are the last PS Vita models that are still produced in Japan.
It’s still unclear when Sony will completely stop production of the console, which was first released in 2011.
Once again, thanks PlayStation Vita!
