Pokemon GO – How to Install Pokemon GO and Play Tips

Lately a lot of people are running out of the house with their smartphones and traveling to certain locations to catch monsters called Pokemon, yeah right now the world is being shocked by a new game called Pokemon. Pokemon GO.

Pokemon GO is a game made by Niantic that uses Augmented Reality technology where you can use your smartphone screen directly to throw Pokeballs and catch Pokemon. In this game, you are also required to explore the surrounding environment to find and catch Pokemon that are hiding in the real world. Of course you have to leave the house to find and get the monsters in Pokemon GO.

This game was just released a few days ago. Unfortunately, only a few countries are visited by this game. These countries include Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Japan. Not sure when Indonesia will get the official release date for this game. Quoted from the Pokemon Company and game developer Niantic, the next release plan is in Canada, Europe, and South America. It seems that Indonesia has not been included in their list in the near future.

But, for those of you who are curious about this game, you don’t need to be disappointed. Because you can still try this game even though you can’t use some of the features. One of them is the unavailability of the Pokemon Trainer Club feature. A feature to create global account and play Trading Card online.

Before installing this game, there are several things that must be considered. To be able to play it, all you need is a smartphone with Android OS at least KitKat 4.4 or at least iPhone 5 with iOS 8.2. Especially for you smartphone users based on the Intel Atom SoC, it’s a shame for now this game can’t be played.

The following is How to Install Pokemon GO on Android :

1. Download the Apk file at this link (UPDATED)
2. After downloading Install
3. Don’t forget to activate the GPS feature on your smartphone

How to Play Pokemon GO:

1. Run Pokemon GO
2. For the first time you will be asked to fill in your date of birth
   
3. sign up (it is recommended to use a Gmail account)
4. You will be guided by Professor Willow during the game
   
5. After that you will be asked to choose your gender and determine the style of your trainer character
   
6. After all is done we will be immediately confronted by several Pokemon for the first time, usually there are three pokemon, and we can only catch one of them
   
7. When catching a pokemon you can choose to activate or deactivate the Augmanted Reality feature with the AR button on the top right of the screen, swipe and point the ball at the monster to catch it.
   
8. And finally you will be asked to enter your unique Username
