Invest Up to IDR 1.4 Trillion, PUBG Mobile is Back in India


Previously, PUBG Mobile it was banned in India which made the loyal players quite disappointed. Even the professional players were banned from participating in international tournaments. But now the nightmare is coming to an end. Because PUBG Mobile will be able to be played again by gamers in India.

The ongoing conflict between the Indian government and China makes the game PUBG Mobile get the impact. The game made in China was banned, even though India is one of the largest sources of players in the world.

Now after a long discussion with the local government, finally PUBG Mobile will return to India. Even PUBG Corp. which is now taking over the publishing of the game and will invest up to USD 100 million or around Rp. 1.4 trillion for development PUBG Mobile in India.

PUBG Corp will set up an office in India and employ at least 100 people. Later this office in India will play a role in game development PUBG Mobile from video games, to business, to esports. The investment from PUBG Corp is one of the largest ever made in India.

Not only that, PUBG Corp. will also host a special professional esports league for India. They plan to make this the biggest esports event in the country. Considering previously, esports teams from India were unable to participate in tournaments and compete in international tournaments because of the conflict.
