Take advantage of the Quick Access Toolbar for shortcut functions.

Look at the line and triangle icon on the top left, from there, you can add functions such as “new folder”, “rename” and “delete” ter-sticy at the top of the toolbar (Quick Access Toolbar). The question? why bother to “Sticy” this function, after all on the main toolbar all the functions that you want to add are already there. The answer is, these functions are only visible in the “Home Tab”, otherwise they will not be accessible, and we have to do it manually by right-clicking the mouse.

2. Show all your folders.

Show all Folder

For those of you who prefer a neat appearance, maybe the standard file explorer view is enough. But for those of you who prefer all folders to be visible, to make accessing them easier, you can choose to show all folders via the tab view – navigation pane – show all folders

3. Improve your views.
