Telkomsel Holds PUBG Mobile League with Prizes of IDR 1.6 Billion

The four categories are Amateur Qualifier, Campus Qualifier, Pro Qualifier, and Online Qualifier. It says, all gamers Those who want to participate can register on the official site Dunia Games League 2021.

“The World Games League already running second year. The first year, we collaborated with Mobile Legends and Free Fire. Now PUBG Mobile is from Tencent,” he said, in Jakarta, Thursday (12/12/2021).

Auliya explained, the Amateur Qualifier is an amateur class qualification that will be held in 122 cities throughout Indonesia. Meanwhile, the Campus Qualifier will take place in 64 selected campuses throughout Indonesia. Registration for these two qualifying categories has been open since early December.

Then, Pro Qualifier. Telkomsel deliberately invited 16 Indonesian professional eSport teams to compete for the top 8 positions for the best teams. The qualifying match will be broadcast on the official Dunia Games website.

Lastly is the Online Qualifier. The registration stage for this qualification will open in early 2021, and Telkomsel targets that there will be 1,000 teams participating in this qualification.

Auliya explained, the qualification can be followed by anyone without age limit. However, there are special requirements for school children who are winners to the Grand Final. The requirement is that written permission from parents is required to be able to compete in Jakarta.

The Grand Final stage itself will compete with 8 Pro Qualifier teams and the best four teams in three other categories. The peak stage in the eSport competition will be held at the end of February.
