Riot Confirms Valorant's Newest 14 Agents Are Duelists!
5 Duelists looks like the newest option for the Valorant meta, as Riot Games has confirmed that the game’s 14th newest Agent is a duelist!
John Goscicki, who holds the position of character product lead discusses the current status of agents in the latest Riot Games blog.
Although Valorant currently seems to be in dire need of a new Controller agent, next year (2021) the FPS game will receive a new Duelist agent.
The blog was posted by Riot Games on Valorant’s official Twitter account.

“This year will open with a Duelist for all the lurkers out there, who will keep you on your toes around which corner is really safe,” John Goscicki.
Riot had previously given a teaser about Agent 14 on their social media accounts, and of course the teaser made fans impatient to see who this newest duelist was.

Currently we don’t know more about the skills possessed by agent 14, but an easter egg on the Icebox map gives us a clue about one of his skills.
In the easter egg found in the Icebox map, players can see the footprints left by a transparent figure at the beginning of the match round.
The Easter egg indicates that the new agent will have a disappearing skill.

Riot hasn’t said anything about their easter eggs yet, but hopefully we’ll get confirmation soon!
