Fnatic tops HLTV leaderboard | ONE Esports Indonesia
Fnatic managed to become the best CS:GO team in the HLTV version of the world after last holding the title four years ago.
The Swedish giant took first place in HLTV’s latest update and won the throne held by Natus Vincere (Na’Vi) since winning IEM Katowice in February.
After taking first place on the HLTV leader board, Na’Vi failed to maintain its consistency at the highest level, while Fnatic continued to show improvement in quality.
At the Pro League Season 11 tournament earlier this month, Fnatic managed to become champions after they defeated mousesports in the final, while Na’Vi took fourth place behind Astralis.
This is the third time Fnatic has occupied the top position of the HLTV leaderboard. They managed to be at the top of the leader board when the system was first introduced by HLTV in October 2021. Three weeks later, TSM took over the top position which was then retaken by Fnatic at the end of the same year.
In the HLTV update, Astralis took third place, which is the lowest position for the CS:GO ruling team in recent years since September last year.
In the midst of the danger of the corona virus outbreak, not many tournaments are held so the leaderboard is more stable than usual, but this stability could be disrupted by the ongoing ESL One: Road to Rio.
