Crash Bandicoot: On the Run Launches on iOS and Android

GAMEFINITY.ID, Jakarta – King has released Crash Bandicoot: On the Run for iOS and Android starting Thursday (25/3/2021). This mobile runner game also marks the 25th anniversary of the Crash Bandicoot franchise which was first released on the PlayStation in 1996.

Many of the early levels from the original Crash Bandicoot were adapted directly to mobile games, such as Boulder Dash, Turtle Woods, Lost City, Temple Ruins, and the Lab. Some characters that are certainly familiar in the eyes of Crash Bandicoot lovers like Dr. Neo Cortex, N. Brio, Dingodile, and others will also appear.

This game will have various levels and secret paths. Players will also have bases for Crash and Coco that can be built and customized. The developer is also planning multiplayer gameplay that gamers can enjoy.

Crash Bandicoot: On the Run will tell the story of Dr. Neo Cortex to control all dimensions by sending iconic villains to all corners of the world. With the help of his sister Coco, Crash must beat Cortex’s minions back into their own dimension.

King, who was previously known as the developer of the mobile game Candy Crush, believes Crash Bandicoot: On the Run will be a great new chapter in the history of Crash Bandicoot. The game will be released for Android and iOS, with King not ruling out the possibility that the game will be released for Nintendo Switch in the future.

Crash Bandicoot: On the Run is available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store, with a size of less than 200MB. But additional content has to be downloaded from the app which makes the size bigger than that. This game is free but there are some optional in-game items that players can purchase.
