4 Hero Mobile Legends (ML) that Need to be Buffed or Revamped

Making a game balance is one of the most difficult things for any game developer. At every change of patch or season, there will be some heroes who are very strong and enter the meta, and there are also heroes who lose competitiveness and are thrown out of the meta.

We can see that there are certain heroes who almost always get banned and picked in MPL S6 tournaments or even in ranked matches.

But there are also heroes who are completely forgotten and we can see from statistics that this hero already has a low pick/ban rate, and also a low win-rate.

2. Bane

Bane is a hero who has actually been revamped by Moonton before. But instead of getting more popular, this hero is increasingly unsold. Seen by its win rate which is only 46.5%, pick rate 0.09%, and tire rate 0.01%.

Bane is actually a pretty sick hero and can do burst damage that can eliminate soft heroes in one combo. But the big weakness is the lack of defensive skills that today’s fighters usually have (such as Khaleed heal, Yu Zhong jump, or Leomord shield).

Then, the durability of this hero is also bad enough so that if you enter the war, usually this hero will be easily killed by the opponent. Ultimate from Bane is also quite easy to guess and avoid by opponents.

3. Martis

Martis is a hero who was once a star when it was just released. This hero is really deadly so it becomes a pick and ban subscription at that time. But unlucky, not long after this hero became popular, some nerfs to Martis’ skills and damage made this hero fall off the stage instantly.

The hero who was very dominating in the lane and diligent in Savage, became a hero who could be considered quite weak after being nerfed many times.

4. Rafaela

Actually, according to the author, Rafaela is a hero who is still the coolest of the three previous heroes. At least we can see that this hero has still been picked in several MPL S6 matches yesterday. But still this hero’s stats are bad with only 44.5% win rate, 0.09% pick rate, and 0.29% ban rate.

According to the author, it seems that Rafaela’s main weakness is her lack of burst damage and CC spells. Even though burst damage and CC spells are a fixed price that is needed by a support hero at this time because the support hero must often ganking and kill the opponent’s core quickly especially in the early game.

It seems that with some buffs that can be applied to Rafaela’s skills, this hero might be able to return to meta again.

Actually there is 2 heroes more that fall into the category of needing a buff or revamp, namely Sun and Clint. But it looks like Moonton is already planning to revamp the hero in the near future, so it doesn’t need to be included in this list.
