For that I want to share my experience trying various kernels. This time I’m back to using rockstar kernel on my pixy os (pie) rom. Previously I also installed the rockstar kernel on the arrow os (oreo) rom on my redmi 4x.

As a result I get good gaming performance. Why do I say that?

Please note that, here I use the gfx tool only. I’m not using pubg mobile config. Because it feels complicated to always have to go back and forth to the Tencent folder to change the config.

Ok back to topic, I use the gfx tool. You know that if the gfx tool is used to play pubg games, the cellphone usually gets warm/hot.

Rockstar kernel on redmi 4x with pixy os rom

On my pixy + rockstar v5 rom it just feels warm. Although it is undeniable that it is hot.

In addition, the gaming performance is also very good. Can play at 60 fps smooth movie. It’s really good.

Used daily, social media, youtube, the battery can last more than 12 hours. What’s cool again, when in a low battery position, the decline does not immediately run out. but very long. I noticed when it was at 15 percent, it could still last for about 1-2 hours more to play youtube until the cellphone died.
