PUBG: Racing Mode Will Come For Map Miramar

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds or commonly known as PUBG has added Racing Mode to the PUBG Labs game servers. The mode will later feature high-octane races on the Miramar map, and allow players to carry weapons to defeat opponents.

Two tracks will be available on the Miramar map, one on the small island containing Priso and Los Higos, and the other around Pecado and Chumacera.

Players can choose between Motorcycle, Buggy, Coupe RB, Dirt Bike, and Mirado. Each vehicle is equipped with unique weapons and stats.

Players will appear directly in their vehicle, be at the starting line and will not be able to exit until the race is over. Considering the races will be quite long, so throughout the game the player is free to create chaos.

In addition, the track will also be equipped with checkpoints where players will respond if you are kicked out of the race. The invulnerable status will appear for 10 seconds after the race starts and 5 seconds after respawning to avoid spawn killing.

In kart racing mode, players can also pick up ammunition and upgrade packs to give them an edge during the race. This means that there will be a crate coming in front of you at high speed, but it will not be available for Motorcycle and Dirt Bike vehicles due to game balance problems.

Like the battle royale mode, for this mode there is only one Chicken Dinner and the race will end 60 seconds after the player or team crosses the finish line.

Race Mode is an exciting limited-time event and will be available for all platforms over the next two weeks.

The first week for console platforms, which started on June 3 and will end on June 7. You can race Solo on the second Sunday, between June 7 to June 14.

For PC gamers, the first Sunday with Squad will run from June 10 to June 14, while for the second Sunday it will start on June 14 and June 21 for Solo.

The new mode is only available for limited events on the PUBG Labs server. The developer hasn’t mentioned whether this mode will be added to the game permanently or not.
